1. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

2. Proofs and production

Digital proofs are provided for review before production begins. You are responsible for approving artwork, spelling, colors, and dimensions. Production begins only after proof approval.

3. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and refunds

Because products are custom-printed to your specifications, returns are limited to cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. See our Shipping page for details.

5. Intellectual property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any artwork you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that artwork solely to fulfill your order.

6. Limitation of liability
